Collect photographs?

YourDailyPhotograph.com is a service for collectors of photographs. This unique service sources, secures and presents photographs often overlooked by well-known regional galleries and auction houses. Collectors view and choose among valuable works they would never be able to access otherwise.

How it works: A diverse selection of 3 or 4 different photographs is offered every day in an email delivered at 9:00 a.m. PST. This email is curated and assembled from a mix of sources and methods: Vintage prints, selected emerging artists, ever-changing guest curator picks, juried selections and more all appear in their own distinct sections. All styles, subject matters, mediums and prices from $200 to $200,000 have been offered. Photographs are shipped to collectors worldwide.

The service currently features one section with guest curator Paula Tognarelli (Griffin Museum of Photography) who has chosen and juried a selection themed “Sky”. A special section of vintage prints from winners of the 1952 Photography Magazine contest are currently being offered. Emerging photographers have their own semi-permanent section, as do rare vintage prints.

Upcoming sections feature Brooks College of Photography students and alumni. RayKo Photo Center is presenting a selection of photographs from its recent “Travel” exhibition. A new Call for Submissions for “Street Photography” will be announced shortly, and juried by Magnum Photographer Bruce Gilden.
