INNERVISIONS.
Annual travelling exhibition project for street and documentary photography
Second season. Part 1. Group exhibitions
August 3-21, 2016
August 3-21, an annual exhibition project Innervisions will be presented at the Lumiere Brothers Center for Photography in Moscow. The exhibition is dedicated to independent documentary photography.
The theme of the second season is “Documentary Photography of Human Habitats.” The exhibition is comprised of several solo and group exhibitions. The first part includes four of them: Private Life, Urban Space, Foundart, and No Subject, as well as a slide-show and Andrey Krashenitza's “RostovEveryDay” video series.
The project entails a number of mobile exhibitions that take place throughout the year, travelling across Russia and other countries. The opening of the second season was in January 2016 in St. Petersburg, then it was shown in Minsk (Belarus) and Volzhsky. From August till September, the project is to be presented at photo festivals in Tobolsk, Uglich, and Chelyabinsk.
Educational and creative events are an important component of Innervisions. On August 20-21, an intensive street photography workshop will be conducted by Ilya Shtutsa. On August 21, the Center will host several creative events as well as Fujifilm's Touch-and-Try session.
Project curator and organizer: Andrey Tulnov-Sokolov
