The next edition of KINO DER KUNST will focus on the artists' view on a rapidly changing present: How do those who work with film observe reality through the magnifying glass of time-based art? How do they use narration to fictionalize the world? Centerpiece of the Festival is our highly endowed International Competition, the registration is open for entries from September 15th onwards, there is no submission fee.
