The 10th edition of the Carmignac Photojournalism Award returns to Saatchi Gallery for its sixth consecutive year and is dedicated to the Amazon and the issues related to its deforestation. The laureate Tommaso Protti, accompanied by British journalist Sam Cowie, have travelled across the vast territory of the Brazilian Amazon to portray the upheavals of the rainforest in its ongoing destruction. This exhibition is curated by Simon Baker and Laurie Hurwitz (Maison Européenne de la Photographie, Paris).
