MIA Photo Fair is pleased to announce the opening of the exhibition "Suspended Time: Works by Sergio Scabar" , dedicated to the great Friulian photographer. Conceived by Fabio Castelli and curated by Angela Madesani, the exhibition will take place at BAG - Bocconi Art Gallery starting from January 25, 2024.

The exhibition is part of the rich calendar of MIA Photo Fair initiatives and presents the latest works of the photographer, featuring unpublished images from the artist's family and private collections.

"They are all unique pieces," comments Angela Madesani, the exhibition curator. "The uniqueness is also expressed by the frame, which imparts a different sense to the works each time. These are works that require a long viewing time, contrasting with the increasingly widespread visual consumerism of our days."

As Fabio Castelli states, creator and curator of the project, the choice of this artist aims to recall the intention expressed in the concept of Bocconi exhibitions, presenting Italian and international authors of international caliber, relatively less known in Italy and especially in Milan.

The exhibition will run from January 25 to April 20, 2024, free to visit from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at
