Athens Photo Festival 2024 kicks off on Thursday, June 6th, at 8:30 pm at the Benaki Museum / Pireos 138. Curated by Manolis Moresopoulos, the main program offers an opportunity for the audience to engage with contemporary photography. With a focus on diverse cultural, artistic, social, and political perspectives, the festival showcases a wide range of works including conceptual, participative projects, documentary photography, photo-based installations, publications, and multimedia works. The exhibitions will span across all of the museum’s exhibition spaces. Admission is free to the public during the exhibition opening.
