In the photo series „Destinesia,“ a world beyond visible layers unfolds, provoking thought. This series opens up spaces for associations and memories that challenge our perception of reality. „Destinesia“ extends beyond visual and thematic compositions and serves as a catalyst for reflections on pressing societal issues such as the climate crisis. Auzinger’s photographs encourage entering a realm of associations and questioning conventional concepts of reality. The title „Destinesia,“ a neologism from „Destiny“ and „Amnesia“, describes a phenomenon of mental diversion where the original goal or destiny is forgotten. Within the series, it symbolizes the invitation to viewers to reconsider their relationship with nature and reflect on the significance of current issues.
