After a well-received 2024 edition, Éditions Images Vevey returns to Paris Photo with three new titles by Sara De Brito Faustino, Olivier Cablat, Sasha Kurmaz and a curated selection from the backlist.
FOCUS ON GONG CO. by Christian Patterson
Co-published by Éditions Images Vevey and TBW Books.
Sold out in the US, last copies in Europe.
Christian Patterson presents Gong Co., a long-form, monumental memento mori to the decline, death, and decay of a small grocery store in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. In this work, made over 20 years, Patterson finds a reflection on 20th century America and perceives “going out of business” as something personal and profound, an existential allegory relating to one’s own life and time.

Ahead of Paris Photo 2025, a spotlight on two recent titles: Anna Galí’s Time on Quaaludes and Red Wine, nearly sold out, and Jenny Rova’s Prove your love, selected for the Elles × Paris Photo programme. Two powerful photobooks with bold, distinctive design.
In 2017, her son Tomeu, 18, died by suicide from an overdose. Through his digital traces, Anna Galí pieces together a parallel life revealed on social media, turning grief in
to a clear-eyed reflection on youth’s fragility.
In Zurich, Switzerland, Jenny Rova documents a relationship with an undocumented partner who refuses to be photographed: video-call screenshots instead. When authorities suspect a sham marriage, those private images turn into evidence of real life together. Prove your love confronts memory, proof, and consent head-on.
