In fall 2026, Galerie Miranda presents a two-person exhibition by contemporary artists Justine Kurland (1969, American) and Mariah Robertson (1975, American), both known for challenging the photographic status quo.

In the forthcoming exhibition Antiphoto, Kurland and Robertson do not merely challenge the photographic canon, they lay it to siege, by cutting up, painting over, photocopying and repurposing its founding pillars. For this exhibition, and in playful defiance of art market rules, individual wall works by both artists will be proposed at the same low price: 199 Euros.
