With the exhibition series "La jeune photographie allemande" we have been focusing on young photographers at universities in Germany and showing current trends in photography together with the Goethe-Institut Paris since 2018. Each year, we give the students of a selected university or academy the opportunity to present their work in an exhibition at the Goethe-Institut Paris. From 12 November 2026 to 13 January 2027, we present the exhibition "Schwellenräume / Liminal Spaces", which brings together works by eight students from the classes of Peter Piller and Josephine Pryde at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf.

Die Ausstellung zeigt vom 12. November 2026 – 13. Januar 2027 Arbeiten von acht Studierenden aus den Klassen von Peter Piller und Josephine Pryde an der Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. Die Werke zielen nicht darauf ab, Schwellenräume abzubilden, sondern vielmehr darauf, die Potenziale solcher Räume zu aktivieren, um subjektive, soziale, architektonische und andere Praktiken zu hinterfragen. Ebenso werden die Grenzen dessen, was wir noch als Fotografie bezeichnen können, auf den Prüfstand gestellt.
