The American artist Gerald Slota (b. 1965) will present his photography-based work. By drawing on anonymous negatives mostly from the first half of the twentieth century, he creates a remarkable world of images, evoking ideas of dreams, memories, and fairy tales. Traditional photographs do not appear among his works, each of which is unique. The exhibition will run in parallel with Álvarez Bravo's.
