The team of Missirkov & Bogdanov produce cutting edge, conceptual photography, exploring society from both an international and an Eastern European perspective. In "ID2000," they set out to capture a portrait of their generation, and in so doing create an image of themselves. Missirkov and Bogdanov are cinematographers, photographers and the founders of the Bulgarian Photographic Association. Their photographs are in The Museum of Fine arts in Houston, The Museum of Photographic Art in Odense, Denmark, as well as in many private collections in The U.S.A. and Europe. They live and work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
