Muna • Tracy Storer • Jo Whaley Once again San Francisco Camerawork is presenting its enormously popular annual Portrait Party, on Mother's Day weekend, May 10th and 11th. Come join us on Mother's Day weekend for the chance to have yourself, your family, your friends or even your favorite pet immortalized in a custom portrait by a nationally recognized fine art photographer. It's a wonderful Mother's Day activity, or just a good excuse to have a great portrait made by some of the most creative, innovative and exciting photographers working today. Last but not least, it's a fundraising event for Camerawork and endless fun for you! This year's photographers are: Rick Chapman, Beth Yarnelle Edwards, Michael Garlington, Mona Kuhn, R.J. Muna, Tracy Storer, Jo Whaley. Please note that Tracy Storer is offering Camerawork a unique invitation to do black and white portrait sittings using a 20 x 24 Polaroid Camera. (Only five of these large, legendary cameras exist in the world!) WHERE: Saturday and Sunday sessions, for all artists other than Tracy Storer, will be held at the RJ Muna Studio, 225 Industrial Avenue, San Francisco. Tracy Storer’s Saturday-only sessions will be at the Blue Sky Rental Studios, 2325 3rd Street, Suite 434, San Francisco. WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, May 10th and 11th, Mother’s Day Weekend, from 10 am to 6 pm. Sittings are 45 minutes each. HOW MUCH: Sittings are $350 Camerawork Members/$425 General Public. Prices are for a 45 minute sitting with the photographer of your choice. You will receive a signed 8x10 print. Additional prints may be ordered at the time of your sitting. Sittings with Tracy Storer using the 20 x 24 Polaroid camera are $550 Camerawork Members/$625 General Public. You will receive a signed 20 x 24 print and additional prints may be purchased for $175 each. For parties of more than four, you will need to sign up for two sessions.
