Wedge Gallery presents the Canadian premier of Brooklyn-based photographer Jamel Shabazz, entitled "Back In The Days". For over twenty years, he has documented urban life – including the birth of hip hop youth culture – in his hometown and around the world. We are presenting a series of his images from the 1980’s. This exhibition is at SOF Art House, just steps from our former space on Richmond Street West. A limited number of prints will be available for sale, as well as the catalogue “Back In The Days” (published by powerHouse Books). opening : sunday may 4, 2 - 5pm artist will be in attendance
