Bill Viola: Time Wednesday 5 November, 6.30pm, Sainsbury Wing Theatre The first of two panel discussions. Central to the work of Bill Viola is an exploration of the concepts of time and motion. Many of the works in the National Gallery's collection are also concerned with ways of representing these ideas. Chaired by Colin Wiggins of the National Gallery with the video and performance artist working in digital media, Marty St James, and painter Hughie O'Donoghue, whose exhibition 'Painting Caserta Red' was recently on show at the Imperial War Museum.
