CAMERA WORK is pleased to participate at the most famous fair for photography and to present more than 30 photographies – from icons such as Richard Avedon and Irving Penn to notably contemporary photographers like Robert Polidori, including the last available print of Marat Chez-de-Chaussée, as well as David Drebin, Martin Schoeller and Jean-Baptiste Huynh.
Exhibited photographies
Among CAMERA WORK’s artists on exhibition there is Richard Avedon with his photo icons Dovima with Elephants and Brigitte Bardot as well as Irving Penn, William Klein, and Alexander Rodtschenko. Furthermore, CAMERA WORK presents two of the much sought-after works by Herb Ritts, Mask and Jack Nicholson I-IV. The impressive architecture photographs by Robert Polidori from Versailles and Havanna and David Drebin’s matchless panoramas, e.g. the last available print of Me and Me, will be exhibited as well as new portraitures by Martin Schoeller out of his series Close Up.
Moreover, special attention will be devoted to Jean-Baptiste Huynh’s series Monochrome as well as Paolo Roversi’s photographies from his series Nudi, which will be exhibited for the fist time. The exhibition will be completed by a new large-sized work by Tina Berning and Michelangelo Di Battista as well as portraits of artists by Steve Schapiro from the series Schapiro’s Heroes, and photographies from Arnold Crane’s impressive series of portraits of famous photographers of the twentieth century.
