Residents of marginalized regions undergoing transformation, in Bohemia and in France in the 1990s, documented with tenderness, empathy, and humility by the great self-taught Czech photographer, who turns 80 in 2026. The exhibition presents previously unpublished gelatin silver prints, carefully selected for this occasion from the photographer's monumental archives by curators Štěpánka Stein and Emmanuelle de l'Ecotais.
