In parallel with Paris Photo, Magnum continues its 75th-anniversary celebrations with a range of free events as Magnum photographers gather in the French capital.  Join us at our Gallery, located in the 11th arrondissement on Saturday, November 12  for a program of talks and book signings with Magnum photographers.

Join us at the Magnum Gallery in Paris on Saturday, November 12 for the Magnum Book Fair. Talks will take place all morning, and book signings with eight Magnum photographers will take place from 3:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m. 

10:00: Magnum Generations Comic Book Launch
Join scriptwriter Jean-David Morvan and two artists as they discuss the new Magnum comic book, Magnum Generations, which tells the story of how Magnum Photos was created in the aftermath of the Second World War. Register here. 

10:30: Magnum Photos, 75 Years
Join writer Philippe Séclier and Jordan Alves from Atelier EXB on the history of the book, how they came to publish it, and the stories they discovered along the way. This talk will be in French. Register here. 

11:15: Magnum Magnum
Join Andrew Sanigar, Commissioning Editor and Nella Souskova, Associate Editor, from Thames and Hudson for a sneak peek at the brand new edition of Magnum Magnum, due to be released in December. Register here. 

11:45: Les Italiens by Bruno Barbey
Join Caroline Barbey, Head of Bruno Barbey’s Estate and Stuart Alexander on the re-edition of Barbey’s Les Italiens, his photographic style, and the story of how he met Robert Delpire. Register here. 

12:15: House of Bondage by Ernest Cole
Join Mark Sanders, special advisor to the Ernest Cole Estate and Denise Wolff, senior editor at Aperture to discuss the re-release of Ernest Cole’s seminal publication, House of Bondage. Register here.
