(Public Benefit Company) will show an unusual presentation of the photographic exhibitions of Sebastiao Salgado, Workers, in co-operation with Czech Railways. The exhibition will begin on 1 May 2005 at the Main Station (Hlavni nadrazi) in Prague and from there, over a period of three months, travel around selected towns in the Czech Republic. His collection of black and white images captures the most diverse ceremonies and rituals: religious, profane, political and nonsensical. The Catholic church is seen as a system of salvation, politicians as purveyors of rhetoric and the media as a tool to manipulate consumers. There are amusement parks, pimps and prostitutes. . .
