Hamiltons is among the world's foremost galleries of photography. For thirty years, the gallery has exhibited and represented modern masters, in particular Irving Penn, Richard Avedon, Helmut Newton, and Robert Mapplethorpe.

In addition to these luminaries, Hamiltons represents internationally recognised photographers including Herb Ritts, Horst P. Horst, Jeanloup Sieff, Annie Leibovitz and Albert Watson.

Hamiltons also represents the work of established contemporary photographers: Don McCullin, the UK's most recognised photographer of conflict, and Guido Mocafico, highly acclaimed for his wide-ranging still-life practice, are exclusively represented by Hamiltons worldwide. Tomio Seike, associated with Hamiltons for over 25 years, is known for his contemplative and serene images that become part of the tapestry of the everyday.

Erwin Olaf, the renowned practitioner of staged imagery, in creating uncertain narratives which reflect his fascinations, has become an important member of Hamiltons' contemporary masters. Roger Ballen, whose idiosyncratic, intense and intriguing pictures add new mystery to the medium, provides Hamiltons' audience with an unexpected counterpoint to the classical masters presented by the gallery.

Exclusive projects with Daido Moriyama, Bettina Rheims, and Gilles Bensimon, among others, have all been featured at Hamiltons. These events have become an integral part of Hamiltons' approach of offering visitors and collectors new opportunities to experience the best of the genre.

Located in the heart of Mayfair, near Mount Street and Grosvenor Square, Hamiltons' exhibitions are known for presenting unique perspectives on some of the most important photographers of the 20th and 21st centuries.
